Macrolibros started its activity in 1973, following an agreement between the publisher Editorial Miñón and the printer Mateu Cromo. In our early years we exclusively produced text books and the famous Enciclopedia Álvarez which printed millions of copies.

With time, we adapted ourselves to the market needs and we started to diversify, producing all kinds of books and starting exporting to other countries in the 80’s.
We are leaders in printing and binding color books with offset technology as well as all kinds of collectibles. Our production capacity allows us to produce more than 20 million books per year in our plant in Valladolid.
